When I moved to Austin, Texas, in April of 2018, I was greeted by the magenta roses that color the city every spring. "Spring me" aims to take a closer look at the resilience caused by immigrating and the gender norms, and it is accompanied by the poem "Austin's Climate".
Human flow is a polemic and political topic worldwide and a heated conversation here in Austin. Like in nature, changes are inevitable and not easy. This debate is colorful, bright, and has many tones. This series brings the perspective of an outsider observer that has made Austin her home and is trying to do her part to keep Austin weird, diverse, and place where everyone can be authentic.
